      • Marinated up to 10 % added to ensure a high quality product designed for flat top grill, cook to order preparation.
      • Non-marinated- No marinade or seasoning added. Designed for cook and hold operations. Will hold in a steam table.
    • Philly Beef Steak. A gristle free, lean product cut from the rib or loin. This item is specially prepared with garlic and natural butter flavor, up to 25 % added. We season the meat with this unique flavor for a consistent taste every time. Try it. You’ll taste the difference!
    • Pre-Cooked Beef Steak:
    • Chicken Breast- Thin slices of 100% Chicken Breast lightly marinated with special seasonings for a unique and consistent flavor. Great for Chicken Philly Cheesesteaks!

Philly Flipsteak

Beef Flipsteak. Thin sliced from sirloin, this rectangular, paper interleaved product is popular on the east coast. Designed to cook from frozen in under a minute. Can be broken apart or just “flipped” over for easy cooking preparation. Great steak flavor at an economical price.

Chicken Flipsteak. 100% Chicken breast thin sliced. Same as above.

Beef Breakout Steak. Thin sliced from rib or loin, this Philly steak is fast and easy to prepare. It is available marinated and non-marinated:
    • Butter Garlic Breakout Steak contains up to 25% of our special Butter garlic seasoning.
    • Non-marinated is straight steak with no flavor profile.
